Booking & PickupWhat if the weather’s bad or I can’t set it up?
You’re covered by our Perfect-Day Guarantee: bad weather or unsafe water? Free reschedule or refund. Can’t get it inflated? Call us — we’ll walk you through it or refund you on the spot. Where do I pick up my rental?
Pickup is in Tukwila, just south of Seattle, at 13948 56th Pl S, Unit A, Tukwila, WA 98168. Pickup and delivery are available across King County. We’ll send pickup details after booking. We’re open daily 8 AM – 8 PM — need a pickup or return outside those hours? Just reach out.
Do you offer same-day rentals?
Yes. Same-day pickup is often available depending on inventory. For same-day reservations, call us at (425) 922-5455.
Can the gear fit in a normal car?
Yes. Our inflatable paddle boards and kayaks pack down small and fit in most cars.
How long does pickup take?
Pickup is quick and easy. Most customers are on their way in just a few minutes.
Equipment & SetupWhat’s included with each rental?
Each rental includes the board or kayak, paddle, pump, life vests, dry bag, waterproof phone case, and other essentials noted in your package.
How long does it take to inflate?
Most customers can inflate their gear in about 8 minutes with the included electric pump.
Are your rentals good for beginners?
Yes. Our gear is stable, beginner friendly, and great for calm lakes and first-time paddlers.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes. Well-behaved dogs are welcome on many of our rentals.
Pricing & PoliciesHow much do rentals cost?
Most rentals start at $60/day, with add’l day and weekly pricing available.
What is your cancellation policy?
Policies can vary by booking, but we do our best to be fair and flexible. Contact us if your plans change.
What happens if the weather looks bad?
If conditions are unsafe, we’ll work with you on rescheduling options when possible.
Do I need my own life jacket?
No. USCG life vests are included.
Groups & Special RequestsDo you offer group rentals?
Yes. We offer group packages for birthdays, team outings, family gatherings, and celebrations.
How many people can you accommodate?
Group setups can accommodate up to 16 people depending on the rental mix.
Can you help recommend where to go?
Absolutely. We’re happy to suggest great local spots like Green Lake, Lake Washington, and other Seattle-area paddling destinations.
