Our Perfect-Day Guarantee

Every rental is backed by all four:

  • Weather-Proof — bad weather or unsafe water (high winds, lightning, heavy rain)? Free reschedule or full refund, no questions asked.
  • Setup, Guaranteed — can’t get it inflated? Call us — we’ll walk you through it or refund you on the spot.
  • Love It or It’s Free — not your best day on the water? Your next rental day is on us.
  • No Hidden Fees — one flat price, all gear included, never a surprise charge.

Standard Cancellations

  • Cancel or reschedule with 24+ hours’ notice for a full refund — email or call/text with your booking ID.
  • Under 24 hours (non-weather): we’ll work with you on credit toward another day.
  • No-shows are not refundable.

Weather Cancellations

Weather cancellations are always free to reschedule or refund under our Perfect-Day Guarantee — at any notice, even day-of.

How to cancel or reschedule: reply to your confirmation email, email us, or call/text with your booking ID and we’ll take care of it right away.
