GENERAL FAQ
Rentals are $60 per day, $50 each additional day, and never more than $180 per week — per item, with all gear included. Pick up free after 4 PM the evening before and return free by 10 AM the morning after; neither counts as a rental day. Sales tax is extra. Military/veterans save 10% with valid ID at pickup, and groups of 5+ items save 10%. For large events (birthdays, teams, 20+ people), give us a call for tailored pricing.
You need to be 18+ with a valid photo ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport) to rent and sign the waiver. Kids must have an adult guardian present. Solo paddling starts at age 8 with supervision (weather allowing). Ages 5-7 ride with an adult on 2-person gear. Riders need to be at least 50 lbs, able to sit calmly for an hour, and comfortable in a life jacket (which we supply).
Absolutely—splashes from paddling, drips, or waves are common. Our inflatables are designed for stability, but pack a towel and extra clothes just in case.
Paddle boards accommodate 1-2 people (or 1 + small dog). Kayaks come in 1-person or 2-person versions. Total max weight per item is 400 lbs, covering people and any gear—ideal for most outings.
Pack water, snacks, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses (straps help), and quick-dry outfits (skip cotton to stay warm). For small dogs, include a leash, treats, and bags. Secure valuables in your car—we supply dry bags and phone cases with lanyards for basics. Every rental gets an electric pump for fast setup (inflates in about 8 minutes).

Yes, we're dog-friendly! Well-behaved small and medium dogs are welcome on paddle boards and kayaks at no extra charge (one dog per rental). Large dogs aren't permitted, for everyone's safety and to protect the inflatables. Dogs should be calm, leashed at pickup, and comfortable on the water. We don't provide pet life jackets, but you're welcome to bring your own (recommended).
Yes, light non-alcoholic food and beverages are allowed—keep portions small. Our dry bags help keep them secure and dry. Alcohol is prohibited; violations end the rental without refund.
Yes — rentals are priced by the day, not the hour, so you can keep your gear out as long as you like during your rental day. Pick up free after 4 PM the evening before and return free by 10 AM the morning after (neither counts as a day). Need it longer? Add days at $50 each, up to a $180/week max. On multi-day rentals you're welcome to keep the gear overnight.
